Ambassadors support the development of the online Canvas orientation, the planning of the in-person orientation, TL recruitment and outreach efforts, and leading the spring interview cycle. Developing continuous professional development opportunities and surveying the TL experience throughout the program is also a priority.

Ambassadors support the social media presence of the GT 1000 and GT 2000 program on Instagram by leading the creation of original content and increasing reach and engagement. They also develop marketing materials for TL related events and creates the monthly TL newsletter.

Events and Planning

Ambassadors support the initial concept, scope of event needs, and the execution of TL recognition and social events. Major events include Swag Day, the Annual Awards Banquet (partially), and Spring Celebration. This initiative also includes participating and proposing events for Week of Welcome. Team Leader events are organized to foster belonging in the TL community.
